With seating available for up to 50 guests and standing capacity reaching up to 90, we offer the intimate event space you've been searching for! For those extra-special occasions that extend beyond a few hours—like family reunions or intimate weddings—our full-day rental option is tailored just for you. This allows you uninterrupted access to the venue throughout the day, ensuring ample time to create unforgettable memories and savor every moment of your event. The full-day rental option includes constant access to our private courtyard.
Cancellation Policy
Safety and Security There are security cameras in the venue for safety and accountability purposes. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Clean Up Please take out what you bring in. The venue must be returned to the condition it was when you arrived. No confetti or glitter is allowed. Fees for organization & clean up include a $100 cleaning fee. Decorating Directions Please do not use the following when decorating: staples, nails, non-removal tape, confetti, glitter, rice, fake petals or bird seed. Sky lanterns, sparklers and fireworks are strictly prohibited. We welcome the use of candles, but they must be on trays or mirrors and the flame must be contained. Votive candles are a good option except on flooring. Emergency Plan In the case of an emergency, ROGUE Event Studio team members will assist with notifying 911 or other law enforcement. NO PHOTOS OR VIDEOS may be shared on social media that involve emergency situations that arise. Indemnification: Client shall indemnify and hold harmless ROGUE Event Studio, its owners and employees and the Event premises from any damage, cost, liability, or expense, including attorney’s fees and costs arising out of any damage to the Event Facility or any claims of any person or persons by reason of use or misuse of the Event Facility, parking area, or common facilities by Client, Client’s customers, invitees or any person or persons holding under Client; and Client shall indemnify ROGUE Event Studio against any penalty, damage, or charge incurred or imposed by reason of any violation of law or ordinance by Client or any person or persons holding under Client; and shall indemnify ROGUE Event Studio against any costs, damage, or expense arising out of the death of or injury to any person or persons arising from claims involving Client, Client’s customers, invitees or any person or persons holding under Client. In addition, Client understands and agrees ROGUE Event Studio is not liable for any injury caused to Client or Client’s guests in the event injury occurs before, during or after the scheduled Event on ROGUE Event Studio premises. Client further agrees to indemnify and hold ROGUE Event Studio its owners, and employees harmless from any and all damages, liability, loss, or expense including but not limited to attorney’s fees and costs resulting from injury or loss of life due to alcohol consumption on ROGUE Event Studio premises by Client, Client’s guests or invitees.
